Behind YekTech is not a big agency, but one maker who gets to know your business and takes care of everything for you. Personal, fast and in your own language.
My story
I am Alan Mohammad, the maker behind YekTech. I am a Kurd from Syria, I live in Nijmegen and I am a Software Engineer, trained at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
During my studies I worked in hospitality and in a shop. There I saw how hard entrepreneurs work, and how little time is left for a website, a Google profile or the technology around it. That is exactly what I want to solve for them.
During my internships I built software for real organisations. At WebIQ in Arnhem I worked on a new feature in the content management system (CMS) for clients in the retail sector. At the Municipality of Nijmegen I built a dashboard that shows data securely and anonymised, in the cloud.
I speak Dutch, English, Kurdish and Arabic. That way I help entrepreneurs in the language they feel most comfortable in.
Why YekTech?
"Yek" means "one" in Kurdish. That is my promise: one partner for your whole online business, from website and logo to hosting and visibility.
The sun in the logo is an important symbol in Kurdish culture and stands for a new beginning. The white 1 in the middle stands for that one partner, and the rays for your business that starts to shine online.
